we were dead before the ship sank
its been a whirlwind few weeks
whats been worth mentioning?
well, first off; we, as in the business faculty football team, won the Inter-Faculty games, beating some very very tough teams along the way.
We beat the favourites, the Arts faculty, 5-3, in the semis.
And as for the finals, we were trailing 1-3 with twenty minutes to go, and we staged an awesome comeback.
we clinched it 4-3, and with it, became the champion faculty of NUS.
a year ago, I watched the team lose to Arts, while in crutches.
it feels great to have come back from injury, scored in the final, and gotten a gold medal.
special shout out to calvin who, like a good friend that he is, came down and watched every match and took the pics, even though he was wrongfully overlooked during the selection.
take a bow son.
The victory is dedicated to my mate seng liang, who was so very enthusiastic about the tournament, before his untimely passing away.
We miss you frankie, we really do.

when i heard that my most favourite band of all time, Rage Against The Machine, was reuniting for a couple of performances, i made it a point to make sure i end up seeing them.
now, thanks to mainly my dad, im off to NY in july, VIP tickets in hand, to catch :
